computer conference in Osaka. After two hours on hold, Rajeesh, from Dell's customer service center in India read the script provided for this situation and told the customer to "Reboot! If that doesn't work try reloading all the drivers".
Eventually a supervisor conceded there might be a problem with the machine, saying, "I guess that's not normal, but only a handful of people have been killed by this model so far. Would you like a new one?"
