General Metcalf & Mr. Randel unveil the C-141 painting that was presented to General Metcalf during the C-141 turnover ceremony at the National Museum of the United States Air Force. The first aircraft (C-141 Starlifter) to return Vietnam prisoners of war to the United States makes its final landing Saturday May 6, 2006, at the National Museum of the United States Air Force.
