Unfortunately, we didn't start to get frustrated enough to
start writing this stuff down until a lot had already happened.
The events that have transpired before this have been just as frustrating as what
follows. We've reconstructed what we can from emails and
our day-timers....but in some cases the dates are a bit fuzzy. We'll try to be
better about keeping it current in the future!
